As all of Soulumination Artworks products are individually handcrafted, please allow ample time for shipping and processing.  In stock orders are usually processed within five business days. Made to order or custom pieces allow up to two weeks processing. We ship via Canada Post from Slocan Park, British Columbia.

*For those of you in the West Kootenay area, I am happy to provide local pick up/drop off in order to save on shipping. Please feel free to email me at: soulumination@gmail.com to make arrangements!

Soulumination Artworks is not held responsible for paying any import or custom's fees. This fee must be paid by the purchaser of our goods. International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs.

*Due to COVID-19 disruptions in the mail system orders may take longer to arrive. 

RETURNS

Custom or personalized orders, as well as items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will offer a replacement or shop credit for defective or broken items, within 30 days of purchase. ADDITIONAL CARE:

Our handmade jewellery are little works of art, and they love to be treated as such. While our work is made to last, it is not invincible. Please be sure to not wear it while washing dishes, swimming or bathing, and remember to remove your jewelry before strenuous activities. To promote your precious jewelries longevity wrap it in soft fabric or a jewellery box while travelling. With proper care these precious items will last a lifetime!

Also please note that slight variations may occur from piece to piece, making each creation unique with a handcrafted signature.
