In these times where it feels like the world we have known has literally been turned upside down, I felt inspired to create jewelry that could offer support to help us. Talismans, guardians and sentinels. Each piece in the talisman series is made with the intention to empower, paired with gemstone allies that instil the wearer with a sense of courage and well being. In many of the larger pieces I was working with new techniques to essentially "push the limits" of the silver, beyond the edges of my comfort zone. Creating a visual representation of what we've all been experiencing throughout this past year. It is a new frontier and we are transformed whether we realize it or not. Who are these new selves, and how can we support them to move forward with curiosity, compassion and awareness.
